They were so helpful when we bought my daughter a bike last year that they were the first place I went when I wanted a bike for Christmas. I just wanted a comfortable bike to ride with my family and for some exercise. Before we bought my daughter's bike I would have thought this was just a place for people who are hard core competitive bike riders. But that wasn't the case. I felt like they treated us with the same amount of attention they probably give to their customers who enter races. And they didn't try and sell me a bike with a lot of bells and whistles that I didn't need.
