I don't can't comment on the previous poster's experience but I can comment on ours.
We have had nothing but a great experience with ALL of the staff. We have had no problems with roaches or any other bugs for that matter. Yes there are a few tenants who do not know how to control themselves but that happens in any neighborhood, including our old neighborhood where homes are $250,000.00 - well over $400,000.00+. The apartment community can not control tenants behavior but has and does get rid of rowdy tenants who do not follow the rules. Drug dealers? It is possible but we have seen none of that.
We are extremely happy with the staff, our apartment and the location!!!!! The absolute best apartment community we have ever lived in, PERIOD!
