I was delayed at another appointment which meant having to reschedule my dental appointment on short notice. I called and explained my situation to Kim, the Dental Hygenist, she understood, even sympathized with me and was able to fit me in later that same day. I had a great appointment, the staff was warm and gracious from arrival to departure. Keep up the outstanding work!
