I've rented from Hallmark for 3 years and have never had any issues. The few maintenance things I had were taken care of really fast and the people at the office are always very nice. I would recommend my apartment complex and renting from Hallmark in general to anyone. I've rented elsewhere and have had some pretty horrible landlords but so far Hallmark has been great.
