Kristen was great. She really took her time and listened to me of what I wanted,...she gave me a great hair color and cut. I was in this same salon about a month ago,...and didn't know if I wanted to go back,..because my experience was pretty bad. My hair color took way over 4 hrs.,,the girl that did it had to run,..so I had to have another girl finish it. My color wasn't too good either,...lots of uneven color through my hair. What the bad part of all this was,..I was getting married that weekend. I was pretty upset to say the least!
