My stylist was 20 min late starting my 10:00a.m. appointment. Then she took another client while my foils where in. We had talked about a toner at the end so she had another person put it on at the sink. When we took them out my hair was WAY TOO DARK. She then tried to wash it out with a bleach shampoo mixture, which helped some, but has left my hair feeling a bit dry and rough. I have been a blonde all my life. The color I have now can't even be described. I like my stylist, but felt she was way to busy to focus on my hair. In the next couple of weeks I will be looking to have this fixed. I may call in and ask for the best color person you have to add highlights to this flat brown that I am now sporting. :(
