Today i went to the Spells in Green Hills to purchase a new pair of ballet shoes. The employee that assisted me with trying on shoes was very unpleasant. She talked down to me like i did not deserve to buy a pair of shoes from them. Her tone was very snobby and rude and she completely ruined my experience at Spells. I walked in very excited to get my first pair of pointe shoes, and i left very upset and hurt. I will not step foot in this store again.
