I strongly support what gfusion and other former customers have referenced below. Once you give a Sky staff member your credit card information, prepare to defend numerous and unexpected charges that will begin appearing on your statement. I cancelled my Sky membership in 2009 because their staff refused to remove erroneous, unsubstantiated charges placed on my account. I ended up paying an attorney to send them a cease and desist letter just to cancel my membership. As my attorney was quick to notice: The staff looks hip and trendy, but in reality they are crooked and negligent.
