My family and I rent from Hallmark Rentals in Bloomington, IN. We have been very pleased with the rental management team. They were very understanding this past month when they received my rent late, due to my infant son being ill. They waved the late fees. The duplex we rent also had new carpet and fresh paint when we moved in. The maintenence men are also very timely, which is nice. We will continue to rent from Hallmark Rentals in the future!
