Yes, they do pick up the call everytime. But the three times I have dealt with them, they always appear to be in the middle of something and you are bothering them. On two ocassions, different associates, ""sighed"" because password reset did not take the first time. On one ocassion, because the associate did not ask enough questions to ascertain my situation on a loan, I decided not to move forward with it - she said"" but I already spent 10 minutes with you!"" OMG.....Products are great they just need to match great personnel with their products....
