I too went to Lincoln High School in the early 70s and loved it. Principle Brown and Asst. Principle Dr. Mumall knew you personally and cared about you. The teachers took an interest in you and encouraged you to excel. I loved going to the ball games & running track. I went onto graduate school, however I agree with you in that it is a challenge to get a quality education in public schools. No reflection on the teachers, I think it?s more politics. I did have to study hard and audit a few college courses.
