They told me that he had to have emergency surgery for $4000 right then and there or put him to sleep. My puppy has never been sick before. This puppy has been with me since he was 3 weeks old, he was my 4 legged baby. I didn't have $4000 and wasn't able to do the financing. My puppy was in so much pain that I had no choice but to put him to sleep. If Neponset Pet Hospital was open at that time he would have had a better chance of survival. Angell offered me two options: pay $4000 or he will die. I am so sorry that I took my puppy to Angell Hospital. They are a non profit organization whose mission statement is about just and compassionate treatment for animals.
