I have two dogs that I boarded at Hidden Valley for 7 days. I picked them up today and one had an infection on either side of his mouth by his canine teeth. It looks like it came from a muzzle or something like that which they swear they don't use. When we took him back to show them the blisters, they said it must have just come from a food bowl and made us pay for antibiotics to treat it! They didn't offer any free medication or even admit to fault! You'd think after paying them $371 for a week that they would at least offer to pay for the damage they did to my dog. I should have known better then to go back after both dogs came back with fleas the last time. I have learned my lesson now!
