I have been going to this Acura of las vegas since I bought TL in 2005. This one particular service advisor I have a bit of issue, mainly his communication skills. I dropped off the car in the morning for some checkup/repair and NEVER ONCE I got a phone call for the status of my car all day. And I didn't know that they had to keep my car overnight until I called for the third time. This is unacceptable especially because I was told that he would give me a call at certain time. There was a part that needed to be ordered to complete the repair. I was supposed to be notify a week later when the parts were in. I NEVER got a phone call! Another week passed by. I finally called and he said he forgot to call me. This time, I asked for a loaner. A few hours after I dropped the car for the second time, I got a call that my car was ready to be picked up. He wanted me to return the dealer to drop off the loaner before they closed. REALLY? ? How can you be so inconsiderate!? When I didn't have a loaner for the first time, he didn't care to call me to let me know the status. Now, when I had a loaner, my car was done real quick and he wants the loaner back! I never got an apology for not calling me for the status when promised, for forgetting to complete the repair initiated 2 weeks ago.. Will you be happy to receive this kind of customer service? more
