I have been a Massage Envy customer for almost four years. I usually go to the the Anthem location. They are great, and have great therapists. However, it is 15min longer away. I wanted to get some gift cards for Christmas so I stopped by the Blue Diamond location that is closer to my house. There was a promotion at the time giving half hour extensions for so much bought in gift cards. I had earned two. I specifically asked at that time if I could use these at any location. I was told yes. I have never had a good massage from this location. Well when I went to use my extension at my normal location I was told the Blue Diamond location said I couldn't use it at the Anthem location. Basically, the girl who sold me the gift certificates lied to me to get me to spend my money at her location. They are trying to steal the other locations customers by forcing us to use our extensions at their location or not at all. This is very unethical. Corporation(who is no help) called the owners, and they still refused to honor their extensions. Don't waste your time or money at this location of Massage Envy.
