This is a great facilty located close to downtown, Vanderbilt and Music Row. Working out here will spoil you if you normally work out at a crowded gym. This is all personal training--not cheap, but if you can afford it you can't beat the level of attention. You will be amazed at the size of the training space--makes the other personal trainer facilities in town seem cramped!
