After another opportunity arose for a better place to live in for my family, They basically told us they're keeping our money and didn't care other wise. Owner is very impersonal and uncaring. Paperwork is VERY unclear, not professionally done. Will be reporting our experience BetterBusinessBureau, DO NOT RENT or buy from them!!!!
