A friend in Bonsall recommended this to us and it is the best Italian food we have had - bar none! Simple pastas, chicken or seafood dishes; it's all great. We have been there 3 times now. The waitstaff is very capable and present without being underfoot. The minestroni soup is killer and the garlic rolls would ward off a vampire - they are incredible! Now we try to go here when we visit our kids who live in the area, and they have turned their friends on to it, as well.
Pros: Not a bad seat in the house, easy parking, terrific food!
Cons: Not in the greatest of neighborhoods, unfortunately.
