Following a well visit for our cat with pills for worms, cat would not take them, I returned within 20 mins to ask for a different way to give medication and was charged AGAIN for the medication crushed into liguid because "the pills had left the building. \r
Dr. Butler kindly put our beloved dog down. After a few months of healing and searching for another companion for our other dog, we found a rescued one in Bedford county that needed to be spayed and evaluated as soon as possible as she was in heat. Big no from HHAH, other animal hospitals will spay her just for an extra fee for the mess. So I wonder yet again, why I even try to patronize a place that makes it so difficult on animal loving owners or why such a great guy like Dr. Butler lets unfriendly, unhappy people and policies represent him.
