Lousy customer service, wait time on the phone can be catagorized as neglect, they overcharge, want to charge for storage after they agree to hold a vehicle, communication is poor, won't work with you and the list goes on and on. Maybe 7 on Your Side or one of the other investigative reporters should do a piece on them!
