Last week we moved into our new house and we had Bay State Locksmith change our out-doors locks. They were great with everything! They let us choose the time we want (and we had to change it twice, once on the last minute, and they didn't make a fuss about it at all). The technician that came was right on time and really explained our options without trying to push us stuff we didn't need. The price was great, I honestly was expecting more; the technician even fixed the bathroom lock and didn?t charge us anything for it.
