Let's face it, auto repairs are very expensive and problems can be as difficult to diagnose as an illness. I've found this shop to be very patient and thorough and have explained necessary repairs without industry jargon or apparent padding of the bill. I've never felt that they were more interested in making a quick buck from me than in building a good client relationship between us.
