As far as a room to store stuff in, they are expensive. Units are much more expensive that competitors. Usually, when you're paying more, you also expect more in terms of service. I didn't even have that expectation. I just wanted to store my stuff, pay the (high) monthly cost, and then close my unit out when finished. The less interaction with the employees, the better.
