If it was possible to give a negative star, I would. This is the worst shop I have ever been to. I was rushed so I did not have time to be picky. I paid for a RUSH and was promised it would be there in 30 days. Almost 7 weeks later the dress showed up. It did not fit! It practically fell off. They charged me more than $100 to alter it, which included taking the top part completely apart and redoing it. When I went to pick it up (on the day before I needed it), the top did not fit and showed half of my bra. They would not refund my money and the fitting seamstress gave me the finger. The customer service was horrible and whenever I asked to speak to a manager, she mysteriously had just left. I will have to find anther seamstress to fix what they were unable to.
Pros: Location and Hours Good
Cons: Terrible customer service, bad seamstresses, over priced, a seamstress who gave me the finger
