I used to be a frequent client of Remedez but have recently switched salons because of the horrible customer service--specifically with the management. The manager there (female with short hair) knew that I was a regular client but would never say "hello" or even give me a smile. These days there are Aveda salons everywhere and I'll take my business somewhere else where they appreciate me as a client. Don't waste your money there.
