This place is the worst!! I know it has received good reviews in the past. All I can figure is that they PAY their family and friends to write favorable reviews and then pass the cost onto customers. They are WAY over priced especially considering they have little to no attention to detail and on a GOOD day they do mediocore work. - Both a friend and I agree on that who used their service. They damaged a pair of shoes I took in the last time and treated very poorly when I attempted to resolve the issue. I have been to outstanding shoe repair shops in the past and this place in NO WAY compares!
