We used Starline for our wedding transportation and working with this company was a horrendous experience. Starline changed the terms of our service FOUR days before our event, which breached our previous agreement and added a significant cost. Only after threatening suit did the company reduce its price, but we still paid more than our original agreement. Never once in this process did I receive a confirmation of any sort, and the service was inept at best. Finally, Starline's drivers got lost en route to our wedding and delayed the ceremony.
