We told our sales team that if they exceeded our goals for the quarter they would be rewarded. When they surpassed our quarterly goals two weeks ahead of the schedule, we booked a surprise day of chair massage with Infinite Massage and a catered gourmet lunch. This is the first time we've done anything like this and it was a resounding success. We're budgeting for more of these "rewards" for this year. It would have been well worth it at twice the cost.
