I went to BodyFi looking for structure in my busy life. I had gained about 20 unwanted pounds, and I was swapping muscle for fat. Not only did I get structure, but John's workouts were constantly varied which kept me from getting bored and constantly challenged my body. I noticed the first change in the way my pants fit--and how solid my core felt. He constantly coaches me on proper form and always engages the entire body during the workout, which is very efficient--it's like a full body workout in an hour. I thought I would give it a try, now I am hooked. Friends and family who hadn't seen me in weeks commented at the results, unsolicited, which was a nice suprise.
