The service is less than desirable. When it's busy, you can expect to be there an hour so make up your mind fast and order when they come to get your drink order if you want to get out quick (they don't return to your table that often either). However, I think the food is VERY good. Lunch specials are a good deal. You also get ALOT of food for the money. I have my favorites so I don't venture to see how the rest of the menu tastes but the combination Pad Thai (chicken/beef/pork/shrimp), Rama Chicken, Basil Chicken, Som Tum (papaya salad), Pork Satay and TOT Fried Rice - all Thai hot spicy, of course - are EXCELLENT. I'm a repeat customer at least every 2 wks for the past 2 yrs and will keep returning...even if the service is a little slow. At least they're friendly and it's a clean place. and it's alot better than the other Thai restaurant(s) in Knoxville.
