We've been very happy with the arrangements we've purchased from Cottage. The flowers have arrived fresh and attractively arranged. The staff are friendly and helpful on the phone, and delivery is timely. A friend purchased an arrangement she wasn't happy with, and the manager immediately sent a substantially bigger, nicer arrangement to the recipient with an apologetic note. Great service!
