Always delicious, this Zio's is nevertheless chronically handicapped by bar none the worst table service in Tulsa. Waitresses are commonly indifferent, inattentive, and incompetent. I would usually tip at least fifteen percent for a good meal regardless of the service, but when it's this bad, I can only make my feelings known by eliminating the tip altogether. I only ever return because my fiance' loves their Five-Cheese Fettucine.
