The Old Town Guest House is a charming inn just off bustling Colorado Ave - we stayed in the African Orchid room (which is fully ADA compliant). We really loved the hot tub on the deck overlooking the mountains. David and Kay, the innkeepers, are wonderful and know the area thoroughly - great recommendations for dining, sightseeing, and ""off the beaten path"" adventures.
It provided a great base for sightseeing in the area - Pikes Peak (they will make reservations for the Cog RR); Garden of the Gods, etc.
Highly recommended!!
