I have been going to Gene and Jude's for 47 years. Although I have lived in other states, I would make a point to stop there whenever I had some extra time at O'Hare airport.
It is predictable, the quality is consistent, few choices and the best hotdog and fries combination ever!!!
I lived down the street from Superdawg for a few years, but even then, I would return to Gene and Jude's or ""Vienna's"" as most of us locals would refer to it. I've heard rumors that the land has been sold, and the thought of it being destroyed is socially devastating.
