I signed up for private classes two weeks before my 1st class. The day before my Wednesday class I got a call from my instructor who asked that I cancel my class and change it to Monday. I explained to her that my schedule was limited but I would change it if I needed to but could I add Tuesday as well. She agreed then said I would receive a confirmation call from the lady who booked the classes later in the day or the next. I then rearranged my schedule to accommodate her need to change my class. The following day I waited until almost the end of the day I then called to confirm myself. I was told by Jenn that she was waiting for the instructor to call her with her availability and she would then return my call. A little after 5:00pm Jenn called and said that they only had Wednesday or Thursday of the next week available and did I want to schedule a training. I explained that I had scheduled a class for Monday and Tuesday. Jenn responded that the instructor had mad a mistake and she was now not available. I went further to explain that I work and that I had only the Wednesday that I took off and the Monday which I switched. She apologized and tried too help by offering me something the following week which now would make it 30day since I 1st scheduled a class. Frustrated I made the decision to find a class that would work with a paying customer as instead to the paying customer accommodating the trainer
