Jason B. serviced my heating system this year. I complained about a humming noise. He found that the issue is in the return grate in the ceiling and worked hard to fix it. Noise not as noticeable, but Jason added the issue to his notes, and told me to call if the noise continued to be a nuisance. I really appreciate his diligence in locating the problem and his efforts to fix it.
