I've been to this store 3 times in the last month-lot's of projects. I bought a sewing machine and was looking for fabric. The sales people were so rude and not helpful until I pushed. I think their fabric is overpriced as well. Want a good fabric shopping experience, go to Remnants in Erie. Great prices and nice family owned shop. Kid friendly too. I had my 2 yr old granddaughter with me at both places. She is 2 and needed to potty. Joanne's wouldn't let her use their restroom despite the emergency..ended up having a parking lot mishap.
I'm sure I'm not the only one who has had a bad experience as I heard the cashier being rude to another customer as I was leaving.
