I purchased my Honda Accord brand new in 2000 from Proctor Honda; therefore, I have an 11 year relationship with the dealership. As the car has always been serviced at the dealership, I also have a relationship with the service staff, who I have found to be more than helpful over the years. Although I have been told that the service is more expensive than I would find elsewhere, I believe that I get what I pay for and then some.
