I am a mom and I get nervous about being ripped off. I was so glad to find Southern Appalachian Auto. When I called and said I needed my rear struts replaced, he said "You must have an Odyssey." Of course I did! Anyway, the morning that I went, he had the parts ordered, delivered, and on my car, and I paid, all in one hour. The price was very reasonable - under $200 total. He also told me things I did not know about my own van - how certain things worked. He also showed me the bad strut/shock that was obviously leaking oil everywhere. I am very happy with the price and service -will definitely use again!
