I started the program with high hopes, but was concerned about a couple of specific food allergies I have including nuts. I was careful to mention these in detail in my only online profile and again when they called me to confirm the plan details. I was assured that there would not be a problem. The first day, my food came without issue, but the second day is where the problems started. First, they sent me food that I was allergic to, and I had an allergic reaction. And when I called to notify them, I was told to email instead, but my emails went unanswered. There were also several other problems with the menu that day where food provided was not listed on the menu and also an issue where the dinner was supposed to be snapper but was actually pork seriously causing me to question the controls in place on this diet plan. The next day, 3 of the 5 meal items had food that I was allergic to. Again repeated emails went unanswered. Finally after 6 emails and 3 phone calls they said they would correct the food issue going forward, however, they still expected me to pay for the food I had the allergic reaction to and the food I was unable to eat. More than 5 days later, I have yet to receive resolution on these items, and after at least 10 total phone calls and 8 emails, not once have they emailed me or returned a phone message. I've never had such a frustrating experience with a company, and I fly at least 30 times / year. In short, I absolutely do not recommend this service.
