We`ve used a different company for a couple of mouths. Went out of business or their phone got disconnected. We found ZW West Service on google and had them come out. They got our carpets cleaner than they have ever come before. They had really quality equipment. They also gave us a good quote to do our tile and grout and we will probably have them come do that soon. more

Good. The young man who did the work did it well, arrived on time, no problems. The carpet did not take a lot of time to dry. I used to clean our carpet myself, but it just didn`t work well. I`ll use your service again. more

Excellent job 4/8/2013

ZW West Service did an excellent job on our carpets. I haven`t used a professional carpet cleaning service ever since we moved to our house in Modesto CA because I thought cleaning the carpet by myself was good enough for us, but there was a big difference between how I cleaned the carpets and they did. Now the carpet looks brand new, and I`m thinking of using their upholstery cleaning service to clean an old sofa I have. more

This company is tops!. 3/13/2013

This company is tops!. I have had ZW West Services as my janitorial service for some time now. I always renew my contract with them. I know the their price is competative and the staff is very well trained. Their representative for my account visits on a regular basis. If there is ever an issue---which there rarely is---it is taken care of before I ever have to get involved. My office is clean every morning, leaving me one less thing to worry about! more
