I've been seeing Dr. Yamasaki, well basically since I had teeth (I'm almost 38). He attended a local high school with my mother and she felt comfortable putting her children's dental care in his hands. He is, without a doubt, the best dentist there is. I moved away from the area for 15 years and never felt comfortable with any other dentist or felt confident in the care I was given as I do with Dr. Yamasaki. Since returning to the area I now see him once again, as does my husband and my son. Pros: Very skilled, amazing knowledge, wondeful bedside manner. Cons: Expensive more

Best Dentist in South Bay Area 11/5/2006

Dr. Yamasaki is the best because he is really smart, mellow, professional, and most of all, he tells you everything he is about to do so you'll never feel surprised. His exam is also very comprehensive. He tests for everything to make sure nothing is wrong with you. His front office staff is also very nice! Even though he was an out-of-network doctor, I did not mind paying extra and driving further because he is that good.
