APRIL 23, 2014: I IGNORED REVIEWS BEFORE MOVING IN HERE AND IT WAS A HUGE MISTAKE. It's overpriced and rundown. The appliances break all the time, the maintenance people have no idea what theyre doing, the office staff are rude and won't take responsibility for anything. They will be super nice at first and show you beautiful model apartments, but IT'S A LIE. DO NOT MOVE HERE. more

Worst Management staff EVER 11/21/2011

We have been living here for 11 months. This was the worst decision we ever made!! They are filled with roaches and the management staff are soooo rude once you sign the lease. I was shocked on how they treat you!!!! There are so many ""Midnight"" moves happening and I now see why. Cars are being broken into almost daily. Loud cars and motorcycles scream the neighborhood 24/7. They also raised our rent by $300 per month after only one year. Do yourself a favor...go somewhere else! The managing company is MAA...so make sure you stay away from them too!!! more
