Best

I had some problems with mice and seeing mouse droppings here and their was very unsanitary, Thank you Willard's Pest Control for your help.

Worst

We hired them to get rid of a few rodents and then to clean up the mess the rodents left behind. This email cannot adequately describe the utterly horrible job they did cleaning ...

The people that came out to the house have been more than pleasant more

The group at Willard's are extremely reasonable. We had a miscommunication regarding price of service and they immediately rectified the situation. Barbara was her name I believe. Very nice folks and I recommend working with them! more

When I heard a noise from our crawl space, I gave them a call based on a recommendation from my neighbor. The technician came, inspected, took pictures of our crawl space and explain what needs to be done and how much it would cost. There was no ambiguity about process or pricing. He sealed all the possible entry points and set traps. He also gave us an estimate for replacing our insulation and vapor barrier since the rodents did some damage to them. Then he came back two more times in one week interval to check the traps. Nothing was caught, so probably they were just going in and out of the crawl space. When he came back for one of the follow up appointments, he also pointed out to me none-rat related issue under our crawl space which I would not know otherwise. We hire another specialist to take care of this other issue, but still needed insulation and vapor barrier replaced. The quote we got from Willard's was much more reasonable than other ones so we decided to hire them for this job as well. Removal / Installation crew were very nice and I believe they are employed by the company not sub-contractors. They did the job and left the site very clean. more

After an unfortunate infestation by rats, Willard's Pest Control cleaned out our crawlspace including a ""peekaboo"" check of the insulation for damage and a replacement of all the black plastic. It wasn't cheap, but it's not a very fun job either. They did a good job and it's all back to the way it should be. more

Wow. This is the second time in 3 years that I have called Willards Pest Control out to my house and I am love them. Each time Tom did not charge me anything even though he spent time inspecting and crawling in the crawlspace under my house. Tom seems to be very knowledgeable, professional, and honest. I will certainly call him again if I need to. more

I googled Wilard's to get their phone number while I was on the road. I saw the rating and reviews and, although I don't write many such reviews, felt compelled to set the record straight.\r \r I have been happily been using Willards for four years on a preventative basis. At one time I did see a couple of field visitors given that I live near the woods. Tom came in, set traps, monitored those traps, and fxed the problem. They told me what to do to avoid them from returning and I followed their guidance and no more problem.\r \r Too many times people do not want to take responsibility for themselves and take it out on a service or product. Do what they say to do (very reasonable) and you should have great results.\r \r I rate these guys a five and put the technician Tom as a ten! Use these guys. They are a pleasure to work with and have a pragmatic approach that works for me. more

Willards has been fantastic. They got rid of rats in our attic and upstair walls now twice, once in 2005 and now in March 2012. Our realtor recommended them to get rid of the rats in our house when we bought it. To get rid of rats, Willards charges a flat fee which is well worth it. Mark thought about all the ways that rats could get into the attic (one part of which is inaccessible for humans). He spent a long time screening off different access points and setting traps. Turns out we had an entire colony there, complete with babies. Good thing we called Willards. Responsive on the phone and very responsible and great customer service. more

The folks at Willard's were amazingly knowledgeable and friendly. They gave me tons of info over the phone and then drove all the way out to Skykomish for service. Our technician was professional and helpful. We had a horrible carpenter ant infestation that they said would take many visits. But they fixed it up in just a few trips out. I would highly recommend them. more

Problem solved for under $100\r \r This company did what needed to be done for a reasonable fee without up-selling or trying o sell a monthly program (ad infinitum). Phone contact was friendly and professional, a same morning visit was scheduled and showed up within the period predicted. The problem was a rat in the kitchen. Brandon checked out the situation, discussed it with me, agreed on a trapping strategy that was safe for the cats and got to work. He was generous with information, and with traps. He also checked the attic for me. I was expecting the worst, but he said that the signs that had had me panicked looked old and our problem was probably just one invited guest in the kitchen.\r \r Half an hour after he left, one of the heavy duty traps he left went off, killing a small creature as humanely as was possible (sorry, little creature, but it was you or us...). Brandon knew his stuff. He never suggested using bait or poison (or I would have disengaged immediately), and he never pushed for a monthly contract. Instead, he showed up with the right gear, and solved the problem before it got out of hand. This for a fee that was under a hundred, including tax. more

Absolutely wonderful service. No one really gets happy about having to call a pest control company, but I found some little critters like ants with wings! EEEEKKKKk. I was thinking termites. ( I hate bugs, I hate bugs, I hate bugs, I hate bugs.) They WERE ants with wings. (I hate bugs, I hate bugs, I hate bugs.)\r \r I got a real person on the phone immediately, they had me email a photo, and was reassured that it probably wasn't termites. The Manager (who had answered the phone - props there too!) asked the other staff to look for my email and they called me when it hadn't come in while he went to lunch. (Follow-up! Amazing! And this was within an hour of my call.) I had hit one wrong letter in the email. \r \r They came out, fixed the problem which was ""swarming concrete ants"", and made some suggestions. \r \r Here is why I love them: GREAT customer service, prompt response on everything, no bs contract for the rest of your life, and terrific communication. No one wants a pest, but if you need help these are your peeps. more

We started hearing this scratching noise at night in our kitchen... it sounded like it was coming from in the floor. I was certain there must be a squirrel living down there because whatever was down there was making scratching/chewing noises. Out came Sokhara, my prince in killing rodent armor! He went down and quickly assessed that we had rats! Sokhara not only set up traps to get the rodents, he also figured out how and where they were getting in and sealed it off to prevent other rats from coming to the party. He did this all in about an hour's time... I was impressed with his efficiency. more

I have used Willard's Pest Control for more than five years and find their service to be consistently exemplary. I recommend them to neighbors and friends. Therefore, I want to share their superior service to a broader audience.\r I have used and spent lots of money on several national brands who proved to be ineffective.\r Willards is the only company that was able to successfully address my rodent and insect issues. They were thorough, responsive and cost effective.\r In addition, their staff is friendly, accommodating and conscientious ... and very respectiful of my home and needs. more

Our first experience with Willard's was pretty good. We got the same day treatment for the bee nest in our sidings after we called them. It looked the majority bee activities were extinguished after the treatment.\r \r after day two, we kept seeing bees (3 to 5) coming in and out of the fested area again. We waited for two weeks and the problem became more and more serious.\r \r We called willards again because it is still in their service warranty. We got a retreatment.\r \r Hope the bees will be killed all this time. more
