This company is phenomenal. They were at my house within hours of me placing a bid request. They completed the work in a very timely manner PLUS the workers went out of their way to be prompt, courteous and efficient. I have not experienced this level of customer service in a long time.People that show pride in their work...who knew that even existed anymore?!! more

After a phone call from family friends indicating a surprise visit just 3 days away, I frantically started a search for yard care. Like many of us, our schedules had become so hectic that our yard had literally started to consume itself. It was out totally out of control. The thought of hiring a company that would be spending so much time so close to our home, right in our backyard for several hours was very worrisome. Chris arrived just 3 hours after I called and provided a very thorough assessment of our yard care needs. He is professional, courteous, and I instantly felt totally safe. He worked for some time on the estimate. At first I felt his bid was overpriced, and negotiated a reduction. The very next day, after his team worked for several hours longer than I anticipated, and their work far surpassed my expectations, I realized his initial bid was accurate. I ended up paying them more and giving a very large tip. I can say I have never received more professional, detailed and thorough service from any contractor. When he said it would be "perfect" I didn't believe him. It was perfect.. and I am very happy to refer Chris and his team at Willamette Valley Landscape. In fact, I'm ready to sign up for weekly service. It's less than you would assume, and will save us time we can spend with our kids. Great guys, great service, great results!! more

Good: I liked the attention to detail and everything was done with precision. My pavement really shined after the pressure washing, I didn't know that it had the potential to look like that until they suggested I do it. My yard was left looking perfect.. Bad: Had to wait 4 days to complete the job.. Improvements: Would have liked to have the whole job done in one day.. Other: Prompt communication. Made sure I was completely satisfied.. more
