To say I was unimpressed is being generous! \r \r The bride for a wedding I am in bought her dress from there and we purchased our bridesmaid dresses from there. The sizes they had to try on were very limited. When being fitted for bridesmaid dresses we were measured at the FRONT of the stores counter, very unprofessional. When I was measured I was measured incorrectly, asked them to measure again. After fussing she complied and she was 2 inches off on my waist.\r \r When we got the dresses my zipper was broken on my dress and another bridesmaid didn't fit into her dress. When they took her bust measurements again they told her that she was 3 inches larger. Then they proceeded to tell her that she must have grown. I'm sorry but NO ONE grows that much in a matter of months. The reality is that they mismeasured and they failed to compensate for their mistakes. I was told that I was the one who broke my zipper when I had never previously tried on that dress nor had anyone else. For as expensive as that dress was I was not impressed with the quality or the store. \r \r They are very disrespectful, rude and unprofessional. They were not helpful in the slightest solving our dress issues and they refused to compensate for their mistakes. I absolutely do not recommend this shop to anyone. Very disappointed with my overall experience. more

I am so glad Wichita finally has a bridal store like The White Dress. The ladies in this store have been so genuine and helpful throughout the whole planning process. They made choosing a dress so simple and we were able to do one-stop shopping for my daughter's dress, the bridesmaids, and accessories. I have recommended this store to all the brides I know! more

WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE! I purchased by bridal gown and bridesmaids from The White Dress. The ladies are so helpful and friendly. They gave me advice and listened to my opinions. I would highly recommend this store to every Wichita bride. Their prices are very reasonable and have many of the dresses you would see in magazines. My daughter and I went shopping many places for her dress and at the 4th place (The White Dress) we finally found it! They by far had the best selection of dresses and their prices were great. We were so glad we didn't settle with something else. Be sure this place is on your list of bridal shops! more
