I can't remember the last time I got such good customer service. We needed lots of info on the pros and cons of gas vs. wood, along with venting, sizing, etc. These guys took lots of time to patiently answer our every question, and this was after they learned that we were building out of their service area. I couldn't believe their willingness to help as well as their knowledge on all the details. The showroom is extensive and beautifully done. I highly recommend! more

This year I decided to have a gas insert installed in a 1983-built home, with traditional fireplace. Wood only, no gas. I was aware I was losing huge amounts of heat through, even, a closed flue. Not to mention the risk of buying green wood, hauling and storing it, this would be a most welcome addition to my cold living room. After obtaining a few bids, I was most impressed by the immediate app't, with the Estimator, along with the quick scheduling of my installation. An older build insert can be tricky; you have masonry issues which require a good amount of custom metal cuts. When the very courteous, professional and friendly installers arrived, they began what became a 4 day install. The gas lines were expertly cut and threaded, and the firebox installed; a gauge was installed for inspection 24 hrs later. A-OK. When they returned with a custom cut metal facade (metal large facade), they took the initiative to say it just didn't look right. There was a void. After another custom cut piece to fill the void, the Sales Manager also helped me decide on an accent piece, because the facade was SO huge and black. I decided on the perfect piece and LOVE the appearance of my new insert! I've only used it once, after the initial 'burn-out', and it seems to work great. I'm learning to use the Green Smart remote, and am for the 1st time, looking forward to winter, and saving utility bills by bypassing my whole-house thermostat!
