No Good Nursing Homes 10/21/2011

Wesley Willows is understaffed and overrated in their nursing facility. My mother has gotten very ill several times because of something simple they missed which could have been avoided. The CNA's are given all the work and never stop but they cannot be everywhere at once. I believe they are from an outside agency so that WW doesn't have to pay their benefits . . .more outsouring but no control. We have waited for 20 to 30 minutes for a call button to be answered several times. I think all the attention is paid to the Independent Care residents because they can complain. Once you get to the nursing facility, they just wait for you to die and do not respond to family complaints. more

Great Nursing Home Offering All Levels of Care 8/17/2005

After an extensive search for the perfect nursing home in the area, Wesley Willows beats the rest. This nursing home offers all levels of elder care, from separate apartment units to full nursing service in a hospital bed. Excellent, caring staff and pleasant environment. Physical rehabilitation facilities and full activity programs for different levels of patient ability. Pricey but worth it. more
