After another opportunity arose for a better place to live in for my family, They basically told us they're keeping our money and didn't care other wise. Owner is very impersonal and uncaring. Im with you on this one. THey DO NOT know how to treat military! All they care about is getting their money and thats it. If you have a problem they dont care, never will call you back or anything. These are the rudest people i have ever met! Cons: EVERYTHING more

It amazes me how people come on these sites screaming out problems yet they refuse to explain exactly what happened. We never operate without a mutually signed contract between all involved individuals. I say this because if these people were that upset (or more importantly if we were that unethical) don't you think that they would take us to court or that we would end up out of business? Unfortunately, as a last attempt to vent anger, these people choose to hide anonymously and post very mean comments about this organization. In any event, we have been serving Colorado Springs since 1949 and pride ourselves on our service and community involvement. We are members of Leadership Pikes Peak, Rotary Club, The Colorado Springs Executives and the Colorado Springs Chamber of Commerce. We are a military family (which makes the military comments all the more ludicrous) and have worked with the JAG office to insure that our lease is fair and ethical to our tenants who proudly serve our country. Every soldier should know the Walker Asset Management Realtors is not a soldier friendly business. I had discharge orders and Walker would not acknowledge this fact. They said that they would hold me to the lease and take me to court. It took JAG offices almost a month to straighten the mess out. Although this is not the managements fault, for they were some of the nicest people there, including the very friendly woman at the front desk. The owner was the problem and I imagine still is. To any soldier out there or civilian for that matter, deal with this place at your own risk. Pros: No pros Cons: Everything else more
