Very Professional Company 3/3/2011

I've had the pleasure of working with Walker Asset for several years now and in my experience there simply isn't a more experienced and professional company in Colorado Springs. As a mortgage lender I have the opportunity to work with dozens of real estate agents and property management companies every year. So when one is so far above the rest I feel compelled to tell people about it.\r \r Specifically Jariah Walker is one of the most knowledgeable and hard working realtors I know. I've never worked with an agent who's a better negotiator if you're selling or purchasing a home. And the service for his tenants seems top notch as well. Having helped many of them purchase homes after renting a home through Walker Asset I've heard nothing but positive feedback that the process was transparent, clear and explained fully upfront.\r \r In my opinion you simply couldn't pick a better agent or company for your real estate needs. more

Each of the members of this team are most impressive. Jariah Walker was bluntly honest and very knowledgeable about real estate market. He provided me with excellent advise on how to best realize the goals that I had set for my property. He asked all of the right questions and established an asset management plan that I could not be more pleased with. It is both realistic and will get me to where I desire to be with my property. This company has tremendous experience and exhibits the highest degree of integrity and honesty. more

worst company ever 10/29/2010

ive read all the posts and comments and i notice how all thats being responded on is the legal part i admit your doing everything legally but its still f*cked up you guys rent sh*t you know is raggity as all hell it may be sh*t that isnt seen jus by walkin thru the residence we had numerous problems and we didnt even live in our place for 6 months its ridiculous you guys scam ppl i agree with what every single person is saying on this site and they ppl who say they had a good experience please explain yall must be sum passive as* ppl or sumthing cuz i dont see it i had an emergency and they didnt ""get to me"" till 3 days later really guys? your horrible, and keep getting on here and checking comments and writing back because you know your in the wrong all your defense is, is that your doing everything legally well great f*ckin job but how do you sleep at night???? you guys are scum more

WOW I have had a good Experience 1/4/2010

I have been with this company for several years. There have been a few instances where e we have had a need that has taken a few calls to get that need met, a non- emergency. However the front desk staff along with the entire staff as a whole has really helped my family any time we have needed help. I also do realize that they use other companies for repairs and we to are at the mercy of their schedules. I think that if you have the poor attitude you in return get what you put out maybe try to look at all the great things the people have done for you instead of the negative, in life sometimes we just do not get our way. ( breaking a lease, ECT) But as far a Walker is concerned I have referred and will continue to reefer family and friends. Niki Pros: Good renal prices Cons: takes a few days to get things done more

WAM is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I wonder how many times they have been taken to court over their bulls**t. DO NOT EVER RENT OR BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I hope they go under. I feel sorry for the suckers that get looped in. Pros: None Cons: Plenty more

Positive Experience 9/19/2009

Our experience with Walker has been a very positive one. We have been with them for years, and any time we have a problem that my husband or I cannot take care of ourselves, they have been great! Sure the lease is a little long, but it isn't anything I haven't encountered before. I am sure there must be more to these previous posts than these people are disclosing. I will use Walker again and recommend them to my friends and family. Pros: Nice staff, professional Cons: None known more
